​Meeting my Dragon
 
It’s interesting, when I read the meditation I thought ‘that’s not how I travel, I don’t need this to be able to connect to dragons’. Then I tried to read the first dragon description and it just wouldn’t settle in my brain. Yet the beginning of the book had me really energised, I could feel the writer’s obvious connection to dragons.  Then when I was asked by a friend to describe dragons to them. I told them about how I feel them and their magical presence, that I felt we are dragons in another dimension (or two) and then I remembered Christine’s description from the book below which fits my own experience exactly.

Thats when I stumbled upon the reader excerpt above and I noticed the author had provided a downloadable meditation of the journey; that is the one I have just listened to.
 
This time my internal resistance was replaced by an inquisitive urge to just go with it and see what happens. I went with the visualisation and met with a beautiful white dragon, I felt it was a she, and the love was deep and divine between us. I hadn’t met her before, as least not consciously this lifetime, but she felt eternal and so very loving. I’m not sure about the author’s suggestion that I am her rider returned, but there is an eternal feel about the connection (as there is with all the dragons I’ve met). So now its a case of going back to visit her and get to know her, and see if I can read the description about the white dragon now….
 
This time I was able to read the text about the White Dragon to the end, and although it says things my head is having trouble with I did manage to read it all. There is some resistance to the idea that I’ll be going to holy places and returning the light to them (travel to them), but I keep being told that’s what I’ll be doing, travelling that is, so I need to be open to that and let it flow naturally if it is right for me.
 
What really set my heart energy racing was looking at the picture of the white dragon in the book; such a deep connection and love flowed, so whilst the words are taking time to sink in, the picture is working its magic.

Old structures based on greed, competitiveness, self interest and hatred have no place in the New Earth and are blocking her from moving forward into her fifth dimensional light body. Like a snake shedding her skin the old one has to be split and shed so that the new one can be revealed.

Just as Gaia is  releasing her negative frequencies, so we humans are  also clearing old programs which have been holding us in self doubt, lack of self esteem, fear and separation. These programs are preventing us from moving forward into our ascended light bodies.

Mother Earth is cleansing herself with the hurricanes and earthquakes but she is also trying to get our attention. We have moved so far away from simple values of living from the heart and the importance of community. We have been putting our focus on self interest, accumulating possessions and getting ahead at the expense of personal connections and family life. Gaia is trying to realign us with values that are of primary importance such as people, family, animals by challenging us with the possibility of losing all of our possessions in natural disasters.

So what to do?

Our lack of consciousness is the cause of these dramatic events but we can also use consciousness positively to help Gaia  to release her blocked energy so that she doesn't need to generate all the storms which take a lot of energy from her. Remember  that Gaia is a fully conscious being and we can always work with her as we have done in many lifetimes as druids and other cultures who worked with weather elementals. We offer to assist them and then ask them if they would co-operate with us to calm the winds, rain, hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes.

We can help by visualizing her surrounded in light, seeing droplets of light penetrating the crust which is suffocating her and dissolving all of the negative energy which we have created. We can "see" her as being already cleansed and restored to wholeness. Focus on sending the light into her crystal grids so that they  can amplify it and take it wherever it is needed. Mother Earth does not want to harm any of us, she just needs us to wake up and change our ways. We can help her by opening our hearts to all living beings and begin to live in joy, dancing and singing to lift both ourselves and our Mother. As we begin to  share unconditional love and to spread it to everyone we meet then we are healing her.

As far as our own healing is concerned we also need to release the crust which is preventing us from moving forward into our ascension.  It is time to release old patterns of focusing our attention on acquiring possessions, wealth and status. We have been conditioned to value ourselves by what we achieve in terms of business or material success and we have forgotten to feed the soul. We are all carrying wounds from our childhoods of self doubt, lack of self esteem and confidence, abandonment and shame. Mother Earth has created these life threatening events partly to help us to focus on what is really important which is people and animals not 'things".

Visualize yourself standing in a beautiful stream of light which is pouring down from the Source and is infusing every cell in your body, dissolving all of the old programs from the past which are holding you in separation and limitation. All old thought forms of lack, self doubt, "I don't deserve,"" I always fail," 'I'm not good enough," are being dissolved in the golden light.

Now say to yourself or out loud

"I now release all of the memories, programs, thought forms and conditioning that are keeping  me attached to patterns from the past which are no longer serving my highest good and my awakening to the truth of my being. I release them now through all time, all space and all dimensions. I see this and decree this in the name of the One and so it is."

Send gratitude to Mother Earth for her patience with us, ask forgiveness for all of the harm that we have caused her by our unconsciousness. Let her know that we are here to support her in her rebirth process and we are truly grateful for all of the gifts that she blesses us with.

We assure you that you are doing a much better job than you acknowledge within yourself. Use your tools when you find yourself stuck in your struggles.

Remember the importance to physically touch the surface of your earth. This action offers two important aspects. When you allow yourself to place your bare feet or your full body on the earth, any excess personal energy of discord can be released in this simple gesture and you will quickly return to your centered, balanced place. You will also attune yourself to the vibrations of your planet and as the frequencies change, you are in alignment.

The celestial and galactic frequencies bathing this dimension have been invited and called forth by you and your divine knowing and conscious self. You have never been truly comfortable here; you know this is not your home. You know far better realities in which there is an understanding of the connection and the true sense of oneness.

This awareness and understanding comes from you remembering being in those higher dimensional realities. This energy you are feeling and witnessing is occurring within all humanity; some, like yourself, welcome this enormous change and there are others who are in resistance out of their fears and misunderstandings.  

Nevertheless, these activating frequencies are exponentially expanding to every corner of consciousness in this 3D reality. It is shaking things up a bit. We invite you to stay in your center and anchor the loving energies that are flooding your planet. The old fear based programs and paradigms are shifting and being transformed even as they seem to be increasing.

It is most important that these frequencies and activating energies are received by those who can embody them. Once they are embodied, the awakening individual carries within their own personal energy signature the vibrational seeds to trigger and stimulate others to blossom into their mastery.

Connect with the elemental energies, the nature beings, all those ethereal beings who are dedicated to the healing energy of nature and its manifestation. You, as well, are a part of the healing action required to bring a state of enlightenment and recognition that all living things are conscious and connected. Make it your intention each day to connect with other forms of living energy, practice mentally and energetically reaching out to other energy forms. Listen for any message that might be offered. Perhaps you will become the voice for those living beings that do not have a voice. You are ready for this deep, rich connection with others.

It will become your silent intent to know and sense your interrelationship with all, and from that alliance, offer your own healing love and balance. This is what is being called forth now. You are certainly a respected, responsible member of the ascension team. Remember!

​Looking at the image I was immediately taken to the coloured pointers at the edges of the triangles (star of David) - I felt into each one in turn. It was then that I was guided to turn them towards the centre, one at a time, so that their energy was aligned with the centre of the design.

I noticed how they had their complementary colours opposite each other, and now I was bringing them into balance. These were the keys to opening the stargate, now I am in complete harmony with the design.

The red, orange, yellow flames began to spin in the centre, drawing me through the design to the centre eye, then I was propelled through into the vastness beyond. I burst through the sun, then the central sun, the other suns, so so far into the beyond. Flying faster than ever, more like just stepping from one place to another.

Now I am on a planet surface somewhere, and am being greeted by someone, a team, a council?

Ok it is my own special team who make up the EnKaRaAh energy focus, they are the masters, the holy ones. They embrace me and congratulate me on finding this way to meet with them, another tool to remember, that beloved Saleena has brought for us to use.

The intention here is to ‘be’ with them, to allow their energy to penetrate mine, to be them completely. Rather than being my team, I become them, they are me. The unity of love and energy is blissful and I relax into their embrace.

This stargate has opened me to more of myself in a single step, straight to the source(s) of my energy flow.

I’m encouraged to stay a while, to absorb the energy, before coming back through the design to the room where it all started…
