We are here, honored once again to connect in this manner. We offer you our gratitude as well as our acknowledgment for who you are, true multidimensional divine conscious beings embraced in a physical form.

We are aware that your physical form demands much of your attention; however, we continue to remind you of your unlimited ability to expand outside any limited beliefs.

You physical vehicle was designed, so to speak, to support a human dense existence and experience while being aware of yourself as conscious light and energy.

Many individuals are becoming aware of themselves as this conscious light and energy. This is the evolution taking place within the collective consciousness. People are awakening and realizing that they are much more than they ever imagined or were ever told.

More and more information is coming forth concerning aspects of the physical body that are key activators in expanded consciousness. Throughout time your mystics and sages have addressed these various activators within the structure of the body.  

One very important gateway to higher awakened consciousness is the small mysterious pinecone shaped gland located in the center of your head. It is nestled between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, directly behind the center of your forehead between your eyes.

It is a part of your endocrine system. It regulates the neurochemicals responsible for wake/sleep patterns, reproduction, body temperature, various biorhythms as well as moods and states of wellbeing. This gland, called the pineal, is also responsible for the biological clock that determines your ageing process.

Even though it is located in the depths of your brain, which is completely dark, it has rods and cones similar to the retina of your eye. You might wonder why your body created this gland with light detecting cells if there was no light to be detected. Perhaps the ancient ones, your sages, your mystics, knew the power of this gland when it was often spoken of as the third eye.   

This small mysterious gland is the intermediary gate that bridges your physical and spiritual experiences here on earth. Mystics have often referred to it as the seat of the soul. Throughout your history, all cultures have connected this pineal gland with enlightenment and spiritual awareness, the link between the human and the divine.

For millennia, this has been hidden information. Ancient civilizations, secret societies and mystery schools were aware that this gland was responsible for spiritual enlightenment and visions during near-death, psychedelic and mystical experiences.
 
Most humans are totally unaware of the functions and abilities of this significant gland. This pinecone shaped gland has been expressed in sacred art and architecture around the world. Begin to investigate, for this information is available and will certainly expand your understanding of the importance of this personal stargate throughout the history of your planet.

All cultures have acknowledged this mysterious gateway to the higher realms of truth with the symbol of the pinecone representing the pineal gland and its sacred place in the history of your mystics, shamans, secret organizations and societies, as well as the religions throughout your world. 

This information was hidden from humanity as a form of power and control by the elite. However, this is shifting as more and more individuals are awakening to their own understanding of who they really are, divine conscious beings who can connect to other divine beings, both physical and non-physical, as well as travel to other dimensions and realms.

Consider that this pineal gland is perhaps responsible for pictures internally seen when you imagine, or the dream images when you sleep, or even out-of-body or spiritual occurrences. Perhaps the pineal gland is responsible for the skill of remote viewing that allows someone to see images or events at a different location than where they are, or clairvoyance, which is the ability to see images and energy not visible to the human eye.

You might even say that when your pineal is fully functioning, it is like a satellite dish which connects you to the galaxy. It is the stargate that allows you to travel beyond this reality. It is the transducer of energy; it is the interface between your multidimensional divine self and your physical presence.

As you begin to become more aware of the history of this small gland hidden deep within the structure of your brain, you can begin to activate its true function. You can begin to spend some time focused on activating all of the awesome abilities it offers for your personal enlightenment, your multidimensional gifts and the doorway of your connection to the stars and the mysteries.

Unfortunately, this small gland can and does become calcified and sluggish. The calcification of the pineal gland happens as the human begins to age. This is usually due to lifestyle and the patterns within your collective consciousness.

Your society has grown accustomed to instant and processed foods. The fluoride in your drinking water as well as a diet laden with preservatives, chemicals and pesticides contributes to the calcification of this tiny gland. This calcification or sluggishness can be one of the factors of poor sleep, premature ageing, biorhythms being out of sync, erratic mood swings or the inability to activate all your paranormal abilities. 

So the effort of healthy eating and drinking water free of fluoride is certainly a beginning. Restoring your body to a more alkaline base rather than an acidic base will also be a positive factor. Make a point each day to be in the sunshine, without protective sunglasses, because sunlight stimulates this gland.

We know that when you begin your investigation regarding this powerful little stargate, you will discover many other suggestions of diets and herbs, as well as your seaweed, that will contribute to restoring your pineal gland to its rightful and effective role in your personal expansion.

Sound vibrations will also activate this gland. Chanting aloud is an excellent technique for opening and activating you pineal. Practice and play with the many tones, chants or sound vibrations that will stimulate, open and balance your third eye stargate.

You are very magnificent; remember this as you begin to focus on this small yet remarkable aspect of your physical form. Your pineal will begin to respond to your mindset, focus, attention and intention. It is time that this personal stargate, doorway, and portal is made available to you in your true awakening.

Infinite Being is The One and The All. We are aspects of the One, aspects of Infinite Being, each of us experiencing life from our own unique perspective. This concept leads to the idea that you are one small part of an infinitely large variety of life. However, when you go within and contact the deeper levels of consciousness, you begin to sense that that concept is actually one of the illusions of life as we know it.

Infinite Being is The One and The All. We can see the infinite variety of The All in the external world but, at the deepest level of consciousness, each individual part of The All is The One.

At the deepest level, you are not a part of The One. Within the One, there are no parts. There is no separation. Within the One, you are The One. You are Infinite Being.

If this were not so, then at that deepest level of awareness, there would be both The One and you. That would make two, and that is not what is there at that deepest level of consciousness. Only The One exists in that ultimate state. Therefore you are The One, as, indeed, is everyone else.

Infinite Being is The One and The All.

We are Infinite Being.

So, The Great Paradox of Infinite Being is this: While you appear to be one of infinite parts of The All, at the deepest level of awareness you are not a separate part. You are, instead, simply The One.

The reason for the paradox is that we live in an existence which creates the illusion of separation. Deep down, we're all the same One but, for the sake of being able to experience all the drama and excitement that life in this world has to offer, the appearance of separation into the All was created.

This was done so that Infinite Being can observe itself from an infinite variety of viewpoints. That includes your unique viewpoint, my unique viewpoint, and everyone else's unique viewpoints.

Yesterday as I was walking along our coastal path I was struck by how many streams of cloud I could see from the many jets that had passed or were currently flying overhead.
 
My thoughts immediately went to the stories of chemtrails and the harm these chemicals are potentially doing to us and our environment, yet the normal anger and frustration was replaced with a kind of ‘interested observer’ feeling.
 
Rather than feeling powerless and annoyed with ‘them’, those people who want to poison us (allegedly), I thought of how we could simply make them into something really beneficial.
 
So I took a moment and touched into the streams of vapour, and asked them to become the most beneficial streams of energy that would enhance our environment and improve our health when we breathe them in.
 
I imagined every molecule, every particle of these jet clouds as beautiful stardust that carries the energy of the divine, igniting within us and our surroundings the feeling of peace and harmony, of love and light, of health and vitality.
 
Using the power of imagination and intention I believe we can change the environment around us, simply by reimagining something can carry a supercharged change field that creates a more benevolent outcome for us all.
 
Many times we have been told that what we think will be reflected back to us in our lives, what I call WYTIWYG, What You Think Is What You Get. Surely it would be sensible to think of things we want to happen?
 
So next time you see a sky full of jet vapour trails, why not imagine them as streams of starlight that have been gifted to us to create heaven on earth, go create the reality you really want.

How good it is to know that we have the opportunity to connect in this way. There's a lot for us to catch up on, so let's get right to it.

The Sacred Star Rises
On April 15, 2016 at 1:11 pm ET / 6:11 pm GMT (World Time), a global unconditional love healing activation took place at the United Nations building, so that peace and compassion could sweep over the planet in a very real and palpable way.

Little did we know that much more than that was about to occur.

During the healing activation, a sleeping giant awakened, known as the Merkaba of humanity. More on that in just a moment.

Although the ground zero (middle point) of the global healing activation took place at the United Nations, it was the support of thousands of Lightworkers, Way-Showers, Healers, and Empaths from around the world that ensured the full awakening of the sacred Merkaba (also known as the Ascension Star) in the consciousness of humanity.

This was unprecedented, because up until April 15, the Merkaba (or Mer-Ka-Ba) of most of humanity had lain dormant and nonfunctional, due to the fact that most people were still operating from the mind, rather than the heart.

This has now changed, and I'll share why a bit later in the forecast.

What is the Mer-Ka-Ba?
The word Mer-Ka-Ba comes from the ancient Egyptian term for Lightbody: Mer is Light, Ka is spirit, and Ba is body. The Mer-Ka-Ba is an electro-magnetic field, shaped in a uniquely configured pattern of sacred geometry.

This energy field is found in all living things in Creation. Its pattern is formed in the shape of a star tetrahedron—a three-dimensional, eight-pointed star in the shape of two pyramids, one inside the other.

One of the main roles of the Mer-Ka-Ba is to align the mind, body, and heart. This alignment then allows the Merkaba to serve as the vehicle that transports the Spirit and the body into higher states of existence and higher dimensions. This usually manifests in several ways.

The Mer-Ka-Ba is often awakened through specific, dedicated meditative breathing methods and mindfulness-expanding practices. It can also be awakened through consistent acts and thoughts of pure love, service, compassion, acceptance, integrity, and kindness. The Self would also be included as one of the recipients of these gifts.

The Merkaba is the manifestation of the Sacred Union of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine within all living things. The Merkaba also balances the Feminine and Masculine energy within all living things, creating an environment for a peaceful existence, which then becomes each being's default vibrational setting. It enables us to experience expanded states of awareness, and restores the full remembering of who we are as Spiritual Beings.

Even though each living being has its own Merkaba, together we also have a collective Merkaba.
Together, on April 15, 2016, thousands of us awakened the Merkaba of humanity.

Humanity's Merkaba
When the collective Merkaba is dormant, no matter how much of our time we dedicate to our spiritual practice, more often than not, it still feels quite challenging, like we're climbing a tall mountain.
But now that together we have awakened humanity's Merkaba, more and more people around the world will awaken to the truth of who they really are.

This will make it much easier for us to expand our own individual consciousness, remain steadfast in our spiritual practice, share our spiritual gifts openly, and feel more connected to our Higher Self than ever before. To those who are quite spiritual, this is the "Holy Grail" we often hear about from the ancient texts: "As above, so below."

In addition, the fear that the collective has been choosing to take part in will take a major backseat over the coming days, months, and years, as a result of humanity's awakened Merkaba. As this happens, feeling connected to our Spirit and to one another, and practicing acts of compassion for all of life, will take center stage.

Instead of just going through the mundane motions of the old day-to-day patterns of life, to just "get by," our desire and motivation to feel truly alive will emerge at the forefront.

Many of us are already feeling this now, and it's just the beginning! Can you imagine what the world will look like when people actually start choosing to feel alive through natural means, rather than numbing themselves through outdated patterns of fear and victim consciousness?

This is BIG. It will collectively move us even more quickly in the direction of holistic, organic, transparent, green living.

How did all of this happen?
Each person who was able to be physically present at the April 15 event at the United Nations served as an ambassador of peace and compassion on behalf of all humanity.

Each person who attended became a surrogate for the thousands of people around the world who joined us in Spirit at the exact time of the global healing activation.

Those who joined us in Spirit held the space of the "compassionate observer," serving as the I AM presence, and anchoring nourishing and healing vibrations of compassion, unconditional love, and acceptance for all of humanity, including themselves.

The observers acknowledged that humanity has simply done the best that it could with the amount of awareness that it has had over time.

Those who served as compassionate observers may have felt an overwhelming sense of joy, and may have been moved to tears due to the amount of Love and Life being poured into our collective consciousness at that moment.

Those of us who were physically present at the United Nations combined our energies to form an energetic global Unconditional Love and Christ Consciousness grid. ("Christ" as in the original Greek word christos, meaning "crystalline" or Light-based consciousness.)

We began by looking into each other's eyes and affirming the following:
"I see you, I love you, and I know who you really are. On behalf of humanity, I am so sorry that you may have ever felt otherwise. I see you, I love you, and I know who you really are. Thank you for seeing, loving, and knowing who I really am. We are One family. And so it is!"

We made sure to include all of our multidimensional selves from past, present, and future. We also included all of our ancestors, guides, and Beings of Light in service to the Law of One on all levels, lifetimes, and languages. The word "healing" in that moment became an understatement, as to what began taking place.
We then each visualized ourselves lovingly holding a miniature Earth in our hands, the size of a basketball. These mini-Earths acted as surrogates to our actual Earth.

We then visualized these mini-Earths being drenched with unconditional love and compassion from our heart space. We saw this love from our heart as represented by the Pink Crystal Light of the Divine Feminine, and the Emerald Green Crystal Light of the Divine Masculine.

We saw these luminous lights radiate outwards from our hearts, braiding themselves together and saturating every cell, fiber, and molecule of the Earths in our hands, and of every living being inhabiting the Earth.
We then held hands and merged our visions together, to anchor them into One unified Light field of Unconditional Love and Christ Consciousness. We affirmed that the heart and mind of every being on the planet now be fully restored to their most pristine and awakened state, in the highest and most Divine timing for them.

During this part of the global healing activation, many of us could feel the Earth beneath us move. Mind you, we were in a tall skyscraper, and I will share the significance of that shortly.
The amount of love in the room was very thick and palpable to everyone there. Something even deeper than what we had at first intended had just occurred, though no one could really put their finger on it ... yet.

Amazing Synchronicities
After the global healing activation was completed, many synchronicities began to occur. I will share the biggest one with you.

The following day, at my next healing event in New York City, one of our "peace and compassion" ambassadors who had attended the U.N. event shared the following with me.

As she is a local, she mentioned that Manhattan itself is actually a sacred vortex, because of the magnetic crystals underneath the city. She mentioned that the only way that the land is able to sustain so many tall buildings, like no other city in the world can, is because of these powerful crystals underneath it.
Many of us know that crystals are amplifiers of energy. But we hadn't realized that they would amplify our energy!

The "goose bump" moment came when that day, several of the guests who had also attended the U.N. event were mentioning the dreams they'd had the night before. Several of them were freaking each other out, because they were finding that they had all had similar dreams.

Now, I wouldn't usually get too involved in a conversation taking place among guests at an event, but I quickly realized that what they were sharing was almost exactly what I had seen and experienced in my own dreams the night before!

The shared dream/vision the five of us had had (and none of us had ever met before that day) was of a golden, sacred geometric, grid-like veil that came down from the sky and anchored itself over the whole planet, falling gently down upon the Earth and covering it like a golden blanket.

The way they were describing this grid-like veil was right in alignment with what I had seen in my own dream.

The pattern of this grid was in the shape of a star tetrahedron—the three-dimensional, eight-pointed star made from the combining of two pyramids. A Merkaba!

Holy moly! We all freaked out with excitement and acted like little kids for a bit, giving each other the biggest hugs I think I've ever experienced.

I knew that this was the confirmation I needed to fully understand what had taken place the day before, at the United Nations event. It still blows my mind to think about it.

There were a few other confirmations and synchronicities, but this one was the most relevant and specific to the awakening of humanity's Merkaba.

Connecting with the Merkaba
If you would like to connect even more with the energies of the Merkaba, so that it can support your continued spiritual expansion, I recommend printing out a picture of one that you really enjoy, and looking at it several times a day.

You could also put this picture underneath your bed, so that its energies are present, lifting and expanding your own energies as you sleep.

There are also Merkaba pedants and other fun 3D version of them that you can wear or have in your home.

The After Effects and the Five Retrogrades
Of course, when the collective timeline shifts in significant ways, such as what took place on April 15, the after effects are not always a matter of rainbows and butterflies. The integration period can sometimes feel challenging, because the mind is being asked to literally stretch out of its previous patterns.

So if the past few weeks have been challenging for you, know that you are simply being expanded.

We also have five planets in retrograde right now, giving us the opportunity to completely shed the illusions and triggers that no longer serve our highest good.

I will share a quick overview of what planets are currently in retrograde, and what that means for us:

Jupiter – Jupiter is in retrograde until May 9. Since Jupiter is all about wealth, and being in our power, this retrograde may be bringing up opportunities for us to look at and heal any patterns of lack and of giving our power away that we may still be engaged in.

Mercury – Mercury is in retrograde until May 22. Since Mercury is all about communication, this retrograde may be bringing up opportunities for us to look at and heal any patterns of not communicating enough, or of communicating in ways that are not aligned with the most authentic, honest part of ourselves.

The key to moving through Mercury in retrograde is to speak the truth with kindness and compassion. If it is not expressed in this way, then the way we deliver or speak is probably something that we would want to look at and heal.

Mars – Mars is in retrograde until June 29. Mars is often associated with turbulence and combat, yet a more expanded perspective would be to see it as a type of fiery passion.

This means that during a retrograde, triggers that have been beneath the surface of our close relationships could come to light right now, so that they can be healed and resolved once and for all. The key to moving through Mars retrograde is to completely let go of pride, and to be open and vulnerable with those closest to us.

Saturn – Saturn is in retrograde until August 13. Saturn is often associated with karma. This means that during a retrograde, we are receiving almost a double dose of karmic intensity.

This doesn't necessarily have to be a challenging experience, if we allow ourselves to put out into the world the kind of energy we would like to receive back. The effects will be pretty immediate, in terms of how we experience the world around us, because our world is simply a reflection of how we choose to see and treat ourselves.

Pluto – Pluto is in retrograde until September 26. Pluto is often associated with transformation. This means that during a retrograde, we have the opportunity to recreate ourselves and make a new start. Big breakthroughs will be the theme, especially on a personal level.

We can experience these breakthroughs by remaining flexible, engaged, and focused on the inner guidance that leads us to take inspired action. This is the time to fully invest our energy in healing ourselves, and to introduce innovative concepts into our lives, so that greater fulfillment and expansion can occur.

Phew, that's a lot of retrogrades! However, once Jupiter moves out of retrograde on May 9, it will lighten the energies significantly, especially in conjunction with the effects of the other four planetary retrogrades.

Doors that felt closed will open up, and greater ease and abundance will show up for those who have been doing the inner work, helping them to let go of the need to identify with a lack mentality.

Overall, so much expansion is happening right now, for all of us. Drink lots of water, take good care of yourself, and know that you are loved beyond measure.

So many songs have been written about love. Instinctively we know the truth of The Power of Love. Yet most of us miss the point, and hence the power, because of our cultural and family experiences. From an early age, most children are typically shown that if they do something wrong the love is withdrawn. They are ignored or punished. When they are being good they are showered with praise. The love flows again. Because of this early training many of us have confused love with approval. We instinctively copy that early template.
 
What would happen if we reverted to our original template? The one we came in with. The one we brought with us as we birthed our new body… If we truly remembered the original love template we would light up this world one heart at a time.
 
Humans talk a lot about Unconditional Love although few have practiced it. It is easy to love somebody who is sweet and well-behaved. Now, can you love one who just murdered your child?
 
Contrary to popular opinion, Divine Love is not Unconditional Love. This is an oxymoron.  Divine Love just is. There has not, and never will be, any condition vile enough to cause that Love to waver. 
 
Even Adolf Hitler was loved and adored by the Company of Heaven. He had guides and angels with him and he did listen. When he died he went to Heaven. This is a simplified version, of course, but it is Truth nevertheless. And the gift that Adolf Hitler brought to humanity, should they choose to look past the details of his behavior and actions in that lifetime, provides perhaps the greatest teaching of all.
 
In 2011 I was on a visit to my old home town of Ipswich, in England, when I was inspired to attend the Sunday service at the Quaker Meeting House. We all made our way into the main Meeting Room and the service began. It started like any other. I had been to this place 3 times in 2005 so I was aware of the routine. The Quakers believe that we do not need a Minister or a Priest to talk with God. They sit in silence for one hour and, if they feel guided, they stand up and speak. I always sat listening in silence.
 
However, I soon discovered this was not to be an ordinary Meeting! The silence was first broken by a man talking about Adolf Hitler. He ended with one sentence about the love of Jesus and then sat down. I remember thinking, ‘Oh no! He stopped too soon. He didn't bring the whole message through!’
 
Soon after, the silence was broken again. The next man began talking of Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin! He also ended with just one sentence about the love of Jesus. Again, I knew he had not brought the whole message through. He, too, had stopped too soon.
 
The energy continued clockwise around the circle, coming closer to me. A third man spoke two sentences and sat down.
 
Silence.
 
A woman near to me yelled at the top of her voice, "I don't want this Meeting to be about Adolf Hitler! I want this Meeting to be about Jesus!" She sat down. The silence was deafening.
 
After a while I noticed I could hear my heartbeat and it was loud and fast. I felt peaceful but had no idea what was happening. I soon found out. The Divine wanted me to speak!
 
I stood and, with my eyes still closed, I allowed Spirit to speak through me. Because they were not my words I cannot repeat them exactly but I do recall the message:
 
Jesus is as alive today as he was 2000 years ago. And Jesus forgives everybody - although technically he doesn't need to forgive anyone because he never stops loving them and never judges anybody.
 
Jesus forgives Adolf Hitler for all that he did. And this should bring very great comfort to you all.
 
Because if Adolf Hitler is forgiven for his actions then you can know that whatever it is that you think you have done that is so unforgivable - whatever that is, it cannot compare to the terrible things that Adolf Hitler did...
 
As I sat down and the silence softly landed I could hear my heartbeat hammering in my chest. I remember thinking, 'please don't let anybody else stand up now. Just sit with the message!' Thankfully the silence continued to the end of the Meeting. Later, over coffee downstairs, one man told me he believed the Spirit of God had definitely spoken through me that day.
 
He was right, of course. We all recognize Truth when we hear it.
 
Is humanity ready to see Adolf Hitler as a gift? Probably not. I met a Born Again Christian in England who decided that if Adolf Hitler went to Heaven he didn't want to go there when he died!
 
Judgment clouds our eyes, the gift obscured. Adolf Hitler was loved throughout his life by the Company of Heaven. We all are! That love is not withdrawn when we make our choices - no matter what we learned growing up. Adolf Hitler was welcomed in Heaven like the Prodigal Son. And no matter what you say or do in your life you also will be received in Heaven with Jubilation and Celebration!
 
Let us pause for a moment to really absorb that information.
 
There is no Divine punishment. That is merely a projection of human consciousness onto God. We are all loved and if we could let ourselves receive it, feel it, believe it and understand that it is absolute, then we would finally unlock the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth.
 
You can fight against those you disagree with. You can push against politicians who make choices you don’t approve of. But in so doing you set up an energy that keeps you both locked into that position. The greatest power is Love. If you can remember it is not approval and just hold the space of Love for those you disapprove of, you will enable them to come into alignment with their own Divinity and thus allow the greater possibility of a new choice or a higher consciousness to be born!
 
Maybe we should listen more closely to some of the iconic songs. The Beatles knew what they were saying - All We Need Is Love. But not from the small part of us. It is time for us to step up into the Greatness of all that we are and shine that Divine Love through every cell of our body and allow the people around us to choose as they wish. It is time for us to know and trust in the true Power of Love – that it creates the perfect environment for soul driven change when the time is right...
 
Love really is all we need. When we love so strongly and we shine so brightly that others have the possibility of new choices then a shift of consciousness becomes possible - not through coercion or even through teachings - but through the perfect Divine environment that allows each individual to better hear their own inner calling, that inner voice of their own sweet soul.
